By accessing this website or scheduling services with KF Cleaning Services INC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

Services

 

KF Cleaning Services INC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are customized based on the client’s needs and the agreed scope of work.

Scheduling & Access

 

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is unavailable, the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price, as time has been reserved for our team.

    •    No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

 

Payments

 

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will gladly return to address the concern at no additional cost.

Limitations of Liability

 

While we take great care in every home and business, KF Cleaning Services INC is not responsible for:

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Pre-existing damage

    •    Items not properly secured

    •    Damage resulting from faulty or fragile items

 

Clients are responsible for informing us of delicate or valuable items prior to service.

 

Safety & Pets

 

For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that pets be secured during cleaning appointments whenever possible.
